The program starts in "Demonstration Mode" instead of full access mode. The activation key was not entered properly. Rerun the setup and select "Remove". Then install the program again. If the setup program suggested a reboot after installation and you did not reboot, this error will occur. When I export a report as an RTF (rich text file), no lines are exported. This is a known issue. The company that produces the RTF export control is working on a new control.
